If Yahoo! can not practice what it preaches in business ie “Building Good Customer Service“, why should Yahoo! be considered any sort of expert on business at any level?

Yahoo! offers ZERO customer service!

I couldn’t agree more! I just received a survey from them asking how they’re doing. Unfortunately for them, I answered!

Another beef I have with them is that they are allowing celebrities to advertise all over the place. Yet when someone outright asks me for links to a business, I get dinged for answering them.
That is not spam or advertising when someone asks specifically for a business venture.
